A sample day

Start your day with an early, calming body motion session, followed by a rejuvenating hot shower and a nourishing breakfast. Review your notebooks as you prepare for the day's first negotiation challenge. Once completed, your excitement about your performance grows, and you're eager to return to class to share results and best practices. Next, enjoy a light meal outdoors—the perfect weather invites an outside session. Now, we're applying our learnings to our company case and it looks like we've crafted a solid game plan! Wind down the day with meditation, then head to a restaurant for some group time and perhaps a nature walk. Tomorrow, back for more!
